bread: attempt no 1.


I just put them in the oven but already have a bad feeling. I had trouble measuring the flour (i mixed wheat, rye and graham from the same mill), used different yeast than the recipe called for, and then also added crushed flaxseeds. Oh, and a mix of pinenuts and sunflowerseeds. So like I said: have a bad feeling, but eh, gonna try baking them anyways. Fingers crossed. :)
