work is insane today. it's 3 p.m. and i've already answered 178 calls. i ansvered 40 calls my very first hour at work (8p.m.-9p.m.). i'm pretty sure i'm going to crack way over 200 calls today. oddly enough, i'm not at all tired from it.

it's become a little game trying to work through as many calls as possible just to see how many i can actually handle on a day working full blast. i've got 2 more hours to go, hehe.

you know, at my other project, the one that was totally killing my soul, i would take between 40-60 calls a day and it was like torture. here i'm hoping to finish on maybe 220 calls today, and it's just revving me up more. okay, so the raw sugarcubes i've been munching may have a huge part in that... (but they're so yummie and gravvely!)

oo. 6 more minutes of break before i gotta go back to answering calls. bring it oooooon, yeah? hehe.

Does the company you work for have an office about 2-3 hours north of Stockholm in a smallish town that starts with a B?

My daughter has begun a training program with a company called Softcom, doing customer service. She's probably going to take a break from school for a term and start back in January. I hope the job works out for her and that she can keep it part-time after she goes back to school.
