hot hot heat

yey, we're finally "suffering" a proper summer heatwave and i love it. my shoulders still sting from a very sunny picknick with gabi saturday afternoon and my hair keeps frizzing but i don't care. it's great. it's finally summer.

i'm obsessed with eating fresh pineapple, watermelon, grapes, strawberries, pasta sallads and i keep finding music i love to play loudly and it's all cool. did i mention i really like the new regina spektor album? i really, really do.

i expect to hear more on my uncle when i get back from work. while the official test results still haven't come back, it seems they're ...well, fairly certain it's bad. from what i would assume, doctors wouldn't say that without being reasonably certain so... yeah.

i'm surprising myself this year by not really minding the heat much at all as well! our new house stays a lot cooler than where we used to live, so it's really not that bad in here, but i'm also not minding being outside for too long. it's been slightly stickier today but i'm enjoying the fact that we have a garden and i plan on using it!

just noticed what Sia song you were listening to when you wrote this. have you seen the last ever episode of Six Feet Under? if not, all i'll say is that i can't even think of that song, much less hear it, without getting teary.

i'm thinking good thoughts for your family.

somabish: yey

i know, it's so weird, usually the heat annoys me and it's really annoying everybody around me, but for some reason i'm loving it. i guess it's because we didn't really have spring that i'm so overjoyed with it finally being goooorgeous summer. i'm even taking WALKS. i never take walks. :o

yessss, i listened to the sia song back in august when the episode aired, and then forgot about it until i suddenly got obsessed with it a few days ago. i keep listening to it on repeat - sooooo beautiful. lovely. and man, i miss six feet under... :/

thanks for the support. i really appreciate it.
