my cellphone seems to be ...not so well. i can't get it to charge. i've tried a different charger (it's helpful when your roommate has the same model cellphone!), i've tried toggling the battery a bit, i've tried wiggling the cord thingy... nada.

i suffered some stunned panic for a while, trying to figure out how the hell i'm supposed to wake up at 6.30 am tomorrow without the cellphone alarm. then i remembered i still have the even older cellphone that i used until my brother donated my current phone to me last spring. yey packrat! so i'm trying to get it charged and see if it'll work. if it doesn't, i'm gonna have to ask my parents to call and wake me up. poor parents. or maybe i have an old windup style alarm clock somewhere.. hmm..

i think i'm gonna have to buy a new phone. i've never bought a cellphone. i feel.. bewildered. and if i can't get the old one to charge, how will i be able to transfer anything off it and onto the new? i'm such a newbie (i've only had cellphones to use over the past 5 years because my brother and dad insists on donating their used phones to me so i know nada about it all beyond how to, y'know, play games, make calls, and send messages.)

this whole day has been filled with technological disasters (including a not working phone switch messing our work up). it's annoying. MOO.

Can they switch out the batteries on your cellphone?
