Ok, loads of piccies of yummie, simple things we made today:

first, oatmeal-balls rolled in coconut flakes:

250 grams of room temperature butter
2,5 deciliters of sugar
7,5 deciliters oatflakes
1 tablespoon vanillasugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
0,5 deciliters cold coffee
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
+ coconut flakes for the outside


first mix the sugar and room temperature butter really well. like, 5-6 minutes to the point where the sugar doesn't make that crunchy noise. the smoother the better.


yum! fluffy!


add the rest of the ingredients in and continue to mix it for another 5-6 minutes.




roll into little balls, dip in coconut flakes and put in fridge. YUM! :D (next time i'm gonna experiment by adding a tad more coffee and some cinnamon...)

i also made guacamole and tzatziki for dinner:


i used three ripe avocados, maybe 1,5 cups of turkish yogurt, a freshly grated garlic clove, salt, black pepper and some lime juice for the guacamole.


yum!! (forgot to take a piccie of the tzatziki - it's just the rest of the yoghurt, some peeled and grated cucumber, another garlic glove, salt and pepper, and a bit of extra virgin olive oil)

and then marp made those tortillas i was talking about:


like i said. yum!!

tomorrow we're tackling bread, ginger snaps, a ginger bread house, apple sauce with cinnamon, and a big yummie pasta sauce with veggies and beans. mmmmm!

Add diced jalapeños, toms, red onion and one clove of mashed garlic to your gauc:)

ah, the garlic was in there, and i forgot to mention i added jalapeños. what's toms? (not a fan of onions, so we settle for diced onions on the side).
